Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Trovioo platform (trovioo.com), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform, including travelers and partners. Trovioo reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Our Services
Trovioo is an online marketplace connecting travelers with local partners offering accommodations and activities across Europe. We act as an intermediary and are not the provider of the experiences or accommodations listed on our platform.
We strive to ensure all listings are accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee the availability, quality, or accuracy of third-party listings at all times. Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings.
User Accounts
To make a booking or list services on Trovioo, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. Trovioo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are involved in fraudulent activity.
Bookings & Payments
When you make a booking through Trovioo, you enter into a direct contract with the partner. Trovioo facilitates the transaction and processes payments on behalf of the partner via our payment provider (Mollie).
All prices displayed on Trovioo are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of booking unless the partner offers a pay-later option. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual partners and are clearly displayed on each listing page before you confirm your booking. By completing a booking, you accept the partner's cancellation policy.
Trovioo does not set or control partner cancellation policies. In cases of dispute between a traveler and a partner, Trovioo may assist in mediation but is not liable for the outcome. Exceptional circumstances (e.g. force majeure) may be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Trovioo platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Trovioo B.V. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Trovioo's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from bookings made through it.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the booking in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other matter where exclusion is prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
